To support a compliant care model, Neuera has partnered with a third-party medical provider, to provide physician-guided telehealth evaluations, treatment oversight, and prescription coordination where medically appropriate. This structure is designed to support appropriate MSO-PC compliance standards, including the separation of administrative services from clinical decision-making. All medical decisions, including eligibility, treatment approval, and prescribing, are made solely by a licensed healthcare provider. As part of this process, our licensed medical providers may collect a one-time telehealth consultation fee directly from the patient. This fee is separate from any administrative, technology, product, or fulfillment-related fees charged by Neuera.

Neuera does not control, direct, or interfere with the professional medical judgment, advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or prescribing practices of any independent healthcare provider offering services through the Neuera platform. Neuera operates as a technology and administrative services platform that helps facilitate access to independent third-party healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Neuera does not provide medical care, practice medicine, diagnose or treat medical conditions, determine medical necessity, prescribe medications, or dispense prescription products. All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent clinical judgment and each patient’s individual health profile.
