Prescription medications, compounded medications, injectable medications, refrigerated medications, temperature-sensitive products, and any medication dispensed for an individual patient cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

Medication sales are final once shipped due to safety, regulatory, and quality-control requirements.

All products and services are subject to availability, provider approval where applicable, pharmacy fulfillment, legal restrictions, and geographic limitations.
